Mishra Institute, Patna (http://www.lnmipat.ac.in/)with specialization in marketing, has more than 15 years of work experience in various fields in marketing based in Mumbai working in various parts of India in different companies in FMCG, Stationery, Export of medicines and Logistics & Transportation.  In between had entrepreneurial stint in distribution, import of electrical items and also in iron ore and scraps and semi finished steel.  His specialization lies in presenting big picture and formulation of broad strategy & implementation, crisis management & coordination with various departments. Being enterprising himself, he can present bold strategy at the Chairman and top level management to decide on the future course of action. As an Entrepreneur & a Team player he has a hands – down approach towards business, in strategy formulation & implementation at various levels, Marketing Management & Corporate Communication and overall coordination and complete Domestic Logistics and Supply Chain Management - to lead the company retain its top position in the market it operates, create surpluses and maximize shareholders’ value. As one of the Founder Directors, he was involved right from the formation of the company Indo Western Tradelinks Ltd. Indo Western Tradelinks Ltd (Web: www.indowestern.com) under its Logistics division Green Logistics is providing Total Logistics solutions - Transportation, Clearing, Warehousing, Packing and Distribution- all over India and especially to all the star hotel groups in India. With its recent tie-up with One Stop Shop it has extended its reach to the hotels, restaurants, spas, projects and hospitality sector with sourcing of all kinds of hospitality products like Room Equipments, Building materials, Tablewares, Furnitures, Glasswares, Housekeeping, Kitchenwares, Barware, F & B and Banqueting requirements. Pharmaceuticals and trading under its division Green Lifesciences and other business and social initiatives to be launched soon are its other business activities. He was responsible for smooth transition of Green Freight Carrier – a proprietorship company to Green Freight Carrier (A Division of Indo Western Tradelinks Ltd) from April 2009, which was an unorganized 30 years old proprietorship company with 300 odd customers to a sophisticated and prestigious brand in Logistics and Domestic Transportation field with penetration of Indo Western Tradelinks Ltd to more that 1000 customers in a very short time and later on the extension of International Logistics in the name ofGreen Logistics which became the company's flagship brand for total logistics and later on extending the partnership with One Stop Shop for hospitality products. Plans are also in place to take the company to new level with greater service experiences and transparency, tracking of cargo through sms, internet, GPS, RFID technology, making website more interactive and giving maximum information real time to the customers, introduction into social media through Blog, Twitter and Facebook, planning  more tie-ups, appointing new agents all over India, doing strategic acquisition and mergers and lastly to attain a scale for the next stage on path to the greater public participation in the company. Apart from that internal and external communications, training, skills development, mentoring & team building were additional responsibilities here. The entrepreneur in him motivated him to go for a start-up in Export-Import in form of Shipra Impex. Started with lighting business – importing fibre optic wires and LED from countries like USA, Italy Japan and later on from China and fitting them in light fittings as per the architect’s designs in prestigious projects in Mumbai and subsequently other parts of India and also to various respected individual clients through word-of mouth publicity and also through architects and interior designers. He was also deeply involved in sourcing of miscellaneous items like commodities, iron ore, scraps and semi finished steel from international and domestic market. I was also engaged in documentation for exports of pharmaceuticals to East Asian and African countries.

Rajat Pharmachem Ltd.(A Govt. of India recognized Star Trading House) is a Mumbai based pharmaceutical company exporting pharmaceutical formulations and bulk drugs to various countries in Africa, Middle East , C.I.S countries and East Asian countries. As Marketing Manager, he, along with the Director Marketing (Exports), was responsible for setting up inquiries for formulations and bulk drugs; Following up the orders in Production, Exports and various departments for Post-Exports like D.G.F.T, FIRC, Customs & Excise, Banking & Legal.  Hewas instrumental in setting the premises for Marketing communication, Target marketing and penetration, Broker / Vendor relations, Account development / Acquisition,  Profit maximization,  Competitive sales analysis inRajat’s exports and marketing initiatives. Twinings Pvt Ltd (Formerly Bush Marketing Pvt Ltd) are manufacturers & marketers of world famous“TWININGS Speciality teas”, a Brand leader in 90 countries -India being 91st country where the Assam, Darjeeling and Flavored teas are marketed in Tea Bags and CTC in loose packs. As Senior Marketing Executive, he was instrumental in penetrating the Twinings teas into deep retail markets in Mumbai which was earlier just marketed in Exclusive stores and malls and sold to institutions like Star hotels and top corporate canteens. He was involved in establishing and managing distributors and retail network and also maintaining good rapport with their top institutional clients.
